Finance Trainee (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work with the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Finance Trainee requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Assisting in monthly reporting.
- Supporting finance team in daily operational tasks (opening codes in the system based on IFRS, approving Media Plan, ad hoc analysis.
- Providing financial support and guidance to the marketing teams.
- Following-up on marketing and education budgets for the relevant product categories. using the accounting system, budget systems and meetings.
- Challenging marketing and education expenditure efficiencies.
- Identifying and informing Finance Lead about marketing expenses related risks & opportunities.
- Ad hoc projects to improve controlling/reporting.
- Creating financial trends and budgets in line with brand strategy.
- Ensuring controls are maintained in line with L'Oréal's group standards and support with year-end external audit.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Up to 2 years of similar experience
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has excellent analytical, interpersonal, planning and follow up skills
- Is detail-oriented, business-driven and proactive
- Is proficient in Excel proficient (Power BI and SAP experience is appreciated)
- Understand basics of accounting and IFRS
- Is able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment
- Is advanced in English language
