Field Educator - SkinCeuticals - Ireland

About the Role:


As the Field Training Manager for SkinCeuticals, you will be instrumental in educating our clients on brand knowledge, cutting-edge science, clinical studies, products, professional treatments, consultation techniques, and effective sales strategies. You will implement a comprehensive 3-tier training approach:

  • Top Customers: In-clinic training for our top 90 accounts.
  • Academy Focus: Dedicated academy sessions for new accounts.
  • Online Refresher: Online training for our remaining customer database.


Reporting to the Head of Education & Strategic Partnership Manager, you will execute a robust training program aligned with SkinCeuticals' brand representation and guidelines. This will involve delivering regular academy training sessions, regional trainings, and individual in-clinic sessions, all designed to build revenue and support the existing SkinCeuticals training program. This role requires strong autonomy, excellent organization, and a close, collaborative partnership with the Sales Team.


A Day in the Life:

  • Execute and deliver Academy education for all accounts.
  • Implement Regional education courses for key brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Travel to our top 90 accounts to deliver in-clinic education.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify training needs, define objectives, and seize opportunities.
  • Identify specific needs and client requirements during account training sessions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide qualitative feedback from the field.
  • Enter and update training database with client and prospect information.
  • Work with the Digital Education team to ensure online content is up-to-date and relevant to Brand objectives.


What You Have:

  • A deep understanding and embodiment of the SkinCeuticals brand identity, with knowledge of the professional medical aesthetic universe.
  • Commitment to regularly update knowledge on new medical aesthetics treatment procedures within the industry and provide feedback to your line manager.
  • NVQ LVL 3+ ‘in beauty’ qualification is essential.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to the Head of Education & Strategic Partnership Manager, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) & BDMs to help develop a relevant training strategy for the UKI territory.
  • Proven ability to create strong, trustworthy relationships with key account contacts, including clinic managers, training managers, and head healthcare professionals/medical directors.
  • A drive to boost business through ongoing training classes, focusing on current campaigns, new science and innovation, product launches or renovations, as well as generic brand & product training.
  • Capability to provide regular training via academy sessions, regional sessions, and in-clinic training to increase the ordering of SkinCeuticals Professional products.
  • Skill in delivering tailored follow-up training sessions to reinforce staff knowledge and motivation.
  • A natural ability to role model SkinCeuticals consultation skills, ensuring excellent customer service expertise and advice for all consumers.
  • Understanding of consumer profiles and a strong commitment to consumer-centricity.
