About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Employee Engagement Intern to join our Corporate Affairs & Engagement team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our internal culture and ensuring our employees feel connected, valued, and motivated. You will support the execution of key engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts, gaining hands-on experience in fostering a dynamic workplace at L'Oréal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement Initiatives Execution:
    • Support the strategic launch and ongoing maintenance of MYHUB, our internal employee platform, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various S1 activities aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes:
      • Organizing and supporting special events such as Sohoor gatherings.
      • Coordinating employee participation in social development programs.
      • Enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees through engaging activities and initiatives.
      • Supporting the execution of wellness and team-building projects.
    • Contribute creative ideas to continually improve employee engagement strategies and events.
  • Internal Communications & Content Management:
    • Manage and update internal social media channels, creating compelling content (text, images, videos) to foster communication, celebrate achievements, and build community.
    • Contribute to MYNEWS updates, our internal news platform, by drafting articles, gathering employee stories, and ensuring timely dissemination of company news and announcements.
    • Assist in developing communication plans for internal initiatives and events.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration).
  • A genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences and fostering strong internal communities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and event logistics.
  • Creative, proactive, and energetic, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with internal communication platforms or social media management is a plus.
