You will.....

• Manage Curriculum Development and Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs for beauty advisors, and/or retail staff on product knowledge, application techniques, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
  • Utilize a variety of training delivery methods including in-person workshops, online modules, webinar, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and competitive landscape.
• Manage Team and Development
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Allocate resources and schedule training sessions effectively
  • Develop and monitor team performance metrics
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales growth, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate and Communicate
  • Partner closely with marketing, product manager, and retail manager to ensure training programs align with brand strategies and product launches.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and externally with retail partners.
  • Effectively communicate training updates, schedules, and performance results to relevant parties.
