A Day in the Life
As the E-Commerce Channel Manager for our Consumer Products Division, you’ll lead the e-commerce strategy and execution for some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands, including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, NYX Professional Makeup, and Mixa. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll manage a dynamic team of 5 and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to drive growth and innovation in the e-commerce space.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize sales, market share, and brand visibility for our portfolio of brands.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Drive new ideas and solutions to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous sales experience of at least 5+ years combined with experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Are fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business-related subjects.
