A Day in the Life

As our Digital Engagement Manager, you will be a key driver of the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) medical digital agenda. Reporting to the Head of Medical Omni Channel, you will manage the digital tools and execute the omnichannel campaigns that connect Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with our life-changing dermatological science. This role places you at the heart of our medical strategy, working closely with the LDB Medical team to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Please note, this is a 12-month maximum term contract.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Our Digital Ecosystem: Oversee the suite of digital platforms that power our HCP engagement, including our website backend (Sitecore), marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM systems (Veeva), and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Execute Omnichannel Campaigns: Partner with the medical team to implement digital programs that optimize HCP reach and engagement. This includes managing content on LDBPro.com, building and deploying targeted emails, and supporting B2B media campaigns.
  • Drive Performance with Data: Monitor and analyze HCP engagement across all digital touchpoints using tools like Google Analytics, SFMC, and Veeva. You will conduct post-campaign reviews and create monthly reports to share learnings and inform future strategy.
  • Upskill and Collaborate: Act as a digital champion within the LDB Medical team, transferring knowledge and upskilling colleagues on best practices to ensure our activations have a strong, multi-channel focus.


We Are Looking For

You are a data-driven digital expert with a knack for managing complex marketing technology stacks. You have a proven ability to translate strategy into execution, working collaboratively across teams to deliver seamless digital campaigns. Your experience in a medical or regulated environment would be highly regarded.

You’re a great match if you have expertise in:

  • CRM Platform & Analytics: Experience building, implementing, and managing CRM platforms to drive engagement.
  • Digital Project Management: A strong ability to run digital projects and ensure positive outcomes across all channels.
  • Digital Web & Platform Management: Proven skill in managing different touchpoints across web and digital platforms.
  • Data Analytics: The ability to assemble and transform data to deliver business insights and measure performance.
  • Collaboration: A talent for working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects forward in a large team.
