A Day in the Life
You will report to the Assistant Medical Visit Manager and be responsible for hospital detailing across Bangkok to increase prescriptions and ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will represent LDB’s medical value by sharing scientific evidence and building strong relationships with hospital doctors and clinical teams.
- Scientific Detailing & Relationship Building: Visit targeted hospital doctors, present clinical benefits, answer scientific queries and build long-term trust.
- Commercial Execution: Drive prescription growth by respecting coverage targets, visit frequency and product cycles; leverage promotional tools to support sell-out.
- Reporting & Planning: Prepare visit plans, capture qualitative insights and deliver timely quantitative activity reports.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure aligned messaging and compliance with medical regulations.

- Additional requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nursing/Biology or related; Thai – fluent; English – business proficiency. Sales experience in pharmaceuticals/medical cosmetics with minimum 3 years preferred. Strong attitude, curious, coachable and target driven.
