Customer Business Manager - FTC until April 2027

We are searching for a Customer Business Manager to spearhead our retail account strategies and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Customer Business Manager, your day is a blend of strategic planning, team mentorship, and high-level retail partnership:

  • Empower & Lead: You’ll start your morning with your team of Account Managers, providing the guidance and coaching they need to develop long-term, multifunctional relationships with our key retail partners.
  • P&L Mastery: You’ll spend time diving deep into the numbers, optimizing the customer P&L to ensure maximum profitability while proactively managing risks. You’ll be the gatekeeper of forecast accuracy and consistency.
  • Strategic Architecture: You’ll spend part of your day designing and owning the long-term customer strategy, ensuring our commercial plans are perfectly aligned with brand ranking and growth targets.
  • High-Level Negotiation: Whether it’s a virtual session or a face-to-face meeting, you’ll supervise and lead key negotiations, representing the division with authority and brand expertise.
  • Commercial Leadership: You’ll contribute to the bigger picture by consolidating insights for commercial reporting and collaborating with the Commercial Leadership Team to refine the overarching "One Commercial" strategy.

You are a seasoned commercial professional who thrives on complexity and leadership. We are looking for:

  • The Inspiring Leader: You have a proven track record of leading teams and fostering proactive collaboration to achieve ambitious sell-in and sell-out targets.
  • The Commercial Strategist: You have a deep understanding of market, consumer, and competitor dynamics, allowing you to devise tailored, retailer-centric plans.
  • The Negotiation Expert: You possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
  • The Financial Analyst: You have a strong grasp of retailer P&L and know how to find commercial advantages that maximize profitable opportunities.
  • The Brand Ambassador: You bring strong brand expertise (On & Off trade) and can represent the division with professionalism.
  • The Accurate Forecaster: You pride yourself on consistency and accuracy, ensuring that productivity and risk management are always in balance.
