Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the teams responsibly to achieve sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach and train BAs team to develop selling and service skills.
• Manage stock and make sure that store have enough and right stock for sales.
• Proposed and plan in-store activity with sales supervisor to boost sales.
• Control and correct counter quality and merchandising.
• Provide data to FSS for Roster, OT, competitors information, feedback market situation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Experienced in cosmetics product or luxury products. Make-up skill
• Basic Computer skill. (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Service mind and excellence in service skill
•  Knowledge in skincare, make-up
• Familiar with Social media ex. Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tiktok. if can do live streaming is a plus
• Leadership and ability to motivate team under pressure.

• Able to work 6 days
