A Day in the Life


As CMI Manager for the Central America and Andean Region, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be a key player in shaping our understanding of the consumer landscape across 12 diverse Latin American countries. You will lead a team, crafting and implementing CMI strategies that directly influence business decisions and drive growth within the L'Oréal CDMO. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to make a significant impact on our business.

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the CMI strategy for the region, aligning with global and regional objectives while adapting to local market nuances. Prioritize key research topics, allocate resources effectively, and manage the team budget.

Consumer Insights: Leverage data from various sources (Kantar, Nielsen, internal data) to develop deep consumer and shopper understanding. Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
• 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure CMI insights are integrated into all aspects of the business. Influence key stakeholders at all levels to drive data-informed decision-making.
• 
Team Development: Mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of consumer-centricity and continuous learning. Introduce innovative CMI methodologies and best practices, leveraging internal and external benchmarking.


We Are Looking For


The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. They are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and translating insights into tangible business results. They are also adept at influencing stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships.
• 
Experience in similar roles: +8 years in Market Intelligence, Consumer Data Analysis
• 
Brand Strategy Intelligence: Proven ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies based on deep consumer understanding.
• 
Consumer Insights Leveraging: Expertise in leveraging data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
• 
Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• 
Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• 
Strategic Roadmapping: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps.
