Commercial Support Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Commercial Support Specialist requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Assisting the commercial team with various day-to-day operational tasks related to client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal inquiries regarding client operational details.
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining client-related data in various spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency across all managed platforms.
- Importing various data points, including pricing information, into the client management system or other relevant internal software.
- Assisting in maintaining the accuracy and up-to-date status of client records within these systems.
- Compiling and preparing routine commercial reports based on provided templates and data sets.
- Assisting in gathering necessary information for management review and team discussions.
- Processing and managing credit notes, ensuring all relevant documentation is collected, validated, and filed correctly.
- Providing general administrative support to the commercial team, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence as required.
- Contributing to maintaining an organized and efficient work environment for the team.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Has up to 2 years of experience in similar fields.
- Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Is detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of working with data visualization tools (PBI) is an advantage
- Speaks Croatian and English fluently
