A Day in the Life
As a Commercial Intern within the Professional Products Division in Bucharest, you will report to the Commercial Director and gain hands-on experience supporting the sales team across multiple brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business growth while developing your commercial acumen and strengthening your understanding of the beauty industry. You will be involved in various projects, from analyzing sales data to supporting the team in the field, all while contributing to the growth of our brands in the Romanian market.
- Business Planning & Analysis: Assist in developing and monitoring joint business plans, analyzing KPIs, and providing regular updates to the Commercial Director. Contribute to post-launch product analysis, gathering sales team and marketing feedback.
- Sales Support & Client Relationship Management: Provide administrative support, including scheduling and travel arrangements. Identify and follow up on high-potential clients and influencers, keeping the Commercial Director informed.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Conduct market research, gather client feedback, and collaborate with the Education team on projects and events.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings, contribute improvement ideas, and participate in sales skills development activities.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a strong interest in sales and marketing, ideally with an economic background. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. They are also a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
- (Joint) Business Plan Design: Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of effective business plans.
- Business Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Adapted Communication: Ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences.
- Commercial Calculations: Ability to perform basic commercial calculations and data analysis.
