We are currently recruiting a CRM Specialist to join the Luxury Division and contribute to key digital projects for Kiehl's to improve customer experience and conversion & identify opportunities for new digital projects!
ABOUT THE JOB
- Collaborate with the local brand & media team, and international business units to implement, strategise and feedback on email design, consumer journeys and user experience.
- Own the O+O loyalty program delivering strategic consumer engagement, experience & brand love
- Assist in implementing key tactical projects that arise from new technology identified to optimise our CRM performance and personalisation roadmap (for example: Everest, CDP, Kick Dynamic, Dynamic Yield & AI tools)
- Support CDMO team in the implementation and optimisation of our new CRM platform use ensuring it works seamlessly and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Deliver key KPIs for divisional CRM programs and own the annual brand CRM roadmap, in collaboration with the broader team.
- Improve customer experience and relationships through the analysis and implementation of sophisticated segmentation for personalisation on all interactions between customers and brand.
- Identify opportunities to collect new data and mine existing data to help enrich our customer profiles and build more personalised experiences with our customers.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in CRM and strategic Consumer data analysis is expected.
- A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive the brand ecommerce growth.
- Strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Experience in driving an eCommerce business is a bonus
