PROCESS EXPERT (DAY SHIFT) – MONTRÉAL PLANT

A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team at the Montréal plant as a Process Expert (Day Shift). You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Process Manager, you will work closely with production, laboratory, and R&I teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
Service and Launches

• Manage workshop formulas (BOM) in SAP and SOPs in Apriso.
• Monitor first productions on the floor and optimize processes based on results.
• Draft and validate Operating Procedures for our equipment and production sizes.
• Collaborate with R&I to validate specifications and processes for new products.

Standards Compliance

• Review bulk and finished product non-conformities, investigate root causes, and establish action plans.
• Monitor quality risks daily with UP and the laboratory.

Continuous Improvement

• Optimize processes while respecting our 6 winning pillars (safety, quality, efficiency, waste, hygiene, agility).
• Build relationships with internal and external teams to improve processes and KPIs.

We Are Looking For

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Apriso, Istrac, MODOP tools, and internal quality procedures.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and optimize processes.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build solid relationships with diverse stakeholders.
