As Business Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing commercial forecasts, monitoring sell-in performance, synthesizing market insights, and streamlining operational processes to optimize results for Luxe accounts and channels.


You will...

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution: Work closely with Key Account Managers, retail partners, distributors, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to align on forecasts, negotiate favorable terms, optimize stock availability, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Develop and maintain robust commercial forecasts and planning models: Construct accurate forecasts (Sell-Out, Sell-In, Baseline, Promo, Launch) for accounts and channels, analyze sales performance, and provide projections to support decision-making and drive growth.
  • Monitor and manage sell-in performance and financial compliance: Analyze sell-in data, track payments and overdue balances, ensure boutique agreements are adhered to, and identify opportunities to optimize assortment, pricing, and product allocation strategies.
  • Synthesize market insights and competitor trends to inform business strategies: Leverage industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to guide business planning, launch performance analysis, and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Generate and distribute performance reports to drive actionable insights: Create regular sales reports, flash reporting, and performance analyses to highlight trends, variances, and opportunities for growth across accounts and channels.
  • Streamline operational processes for returns, clearance, and fulfillment: Reduce OBSM by organizing returns and hygiene protocols, coordinating fulfillment staff/bazaar clearance, and improving supply chain integration.
