Brand Manager Matrix&Biolage

 

As Brand Manager you will:

  • Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products  using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
  • Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
  • Closely cooperate with other departments (Brand Engagement Team, Trade Marketing, Sales & Business, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Identify new business opportunities based on consumer and market research & data.
  • Develop communication based on consumer insights and trends (offline& online).
  • Develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments.
  • Adapt global communication materials and creating local assets (imagery, digital, advocacy, POS) with agency support. 
  • Manage category budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

You're a perfect match if you:

  • Min. 2+ years of marketing experience in brand management.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have Business analytics, drive and strategic product management experience.
  • Like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use.
  • Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis.
  • Have the ability to work with Nielsen data (nice to have).
  • Are highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Have curiosity, a passion for learning, ability to ask the right questions, and the love for working as part of a team.
  • Have ability to work independently, are self-motivation and know how to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Are optimistic and have can-do attitude.
  • Are fluent in both Polish and English.
