We are looking to recruit a Brand Manager for our SkinCeuticals team! Reporting into the Head of Brand, this position will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life!
ABOUT THE JOB
- Build & execute channel specific – Clinic, Direct & Indirect E-commerce, Retailer – strategic brand activity to assist in the achievement of growth & distribution targets
- The product portfolio custodian, from understanding the portfolio inside & out, forecast management, to building a clear product context & strategy for NPD, hero’s & pillars accordingly
- Understanding & identifying product trends, consumer & market insights, and competitor analysis to assess demand evolution and provide recommendations to management
- Work cross-divisional between Education, Sales, PR, Digital, Supply/Demand, Finance and Marketing and be the true custodian of the brand
- Propose and monitor 360 marketing mix campaigns (in-store, ATL media, BTL media, etc) to build integrated, engaging and differentiated consumer brand experiences
- Defining clear messages to present to senior management, external stakeholders – clients & agencies, and the wider internal SkinCeuticals team
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Brand Manager role, Product Manager or an Assistant Brand Manager preferably within an FMCG or Retail environment
- You will be an excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision making
- Problem solver who can think outside the box, with resiliency to bounce back from setbacks
- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, a team player and is results focused.
