 As Brand Manager you will:

  • Be the leader of Garnier within one of our core categories shaping its short and long term growth vision
  • Contribute to the growth of Garnier portfolio by driving new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence.
  • Lead local adaptation of advertising creative material based on market trends analysis.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for managed brand.
  • Closely cooperate with other departments (Brand Engagement Team, Trade Marketing, Sales & Business, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on consumer and market research & data.
  • Develop communication based on consumer insights and trends (offline& online).
  • Develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments.

 You're a perfect match if you:

  • Like challenges and want to compete with indie brands to be #1 brand in PL market
  • Min.3+ years of marketing experience in brand management.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have Business analytics, drive and strategic product management experience.
  • Like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use.
  • Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis.
  • Have the ability to work with Nielsen data (nice to have).
  • Are highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Have curiosity, a passion for learning, ability to ask the right questions, and the love for working as part of a team.
  • Have ability to work independently, are self-motivation and know how to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Are are optimistic and have can-do attitude.
  • Are fluent in both Polish and English.
