Communication Brand Manager
YOUR PROFILE
You are a master at communicating and making people talk about brands on all different channels. You drive social engagement through influencer management, content creation, classic PR and unique brand experiences. You love identifying influencers and professional communities for your brand and category. You love interacting with them, online and offline, and become “their best friend”. You have affinity with Luxury brands and have authority to drive our beautiful brands Kiehl’s, Biotherm and IT Cosmetics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You build the strategy and the PR Plan and Calendar for your brand(s) for the Benelux countries
- You build brand love and brand magic through orchestration of integrated communication campaigns and you organize local events around your brand(s) and its launches if necessary
- You support brands and develop their 360 Paid Owned Earned content strategy and communication plan
- You build an advocacy strategy for your brands and select the right influencers. You identify, manage and engage influencer communities.
- You leverage influencers to create relevant content online and monitor their ROI and ensure product loyalty and content relevancy.
- Set, manage and track the budget for influencer management and contracts for your brand(s)
- You do close follow up of your results (PR rankings & Traackr KPI’s)
- Consolidate social insights & audience feedback, produce reports to fuel relationships with influencers
- You manage the relationship with editors, journalist and influencers
- You invite strategic partners to International press events & trips
- You make sure to do all seedings for your brands
- ONLINE BRAND VOICE: Responsible for Tone of Voice and Online Brand identity
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you:
- Have a Masters Degree
- Are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Have a strong affinity for luxury brands and understand their unique DNA.
- Excel in influencer management, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where creativity and ownership are key.
