Aesop Facial Treatment | Role Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate, qualified Facial Therapist to work Full Time in our incredibly tranquil, Mosman space. This role primarily focuses on facial treatments, however, is complemented by supporting customers and team on the shop floor.
Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique, intense nourishment and exquisite touch: such are the hallmarks of the Aesop Facial Treatment.

This is a Full Time position, and it operates an on-site working pattern.
Roster as follows:
- Tuesday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Thursday 8.30am - 4.15pm
- Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- 38 hours per week
Required Experience
- Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV (Qualification must be provided)
- Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets, meeting KPIs and team collaboration
- Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop’s exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience
- Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base
