A. JOB PURPOSES

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant External Workforce Manager - who will play strategic and operational role critical to L'Oréal Vietnam's ambitious 3-year growth plan - to join our HR team on a contract basis.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing all people-related strategies and processes for our external workforce community, especially livestreamer across all divisions in L’ Oréal Vietnam. The incumbent will ensure a fair, consistent, and competitive environment that fosters talent development, engagement, and retention, ultimately driving the excellence and effectiveness of L'Oréal's livestream operations.

B.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation & Rewards Support:

    Support the implementation of standardized, equitable, and competitive compensation and incentive structures (including base pay, monthly, and quarterly incentives) for all livestreamer roles.

    Assist in ensuring the reward structure is transparent, performance-driven, and aligned.

    Prepare data and insights for regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure L'Oréal's offerings remain attractive and competitive.

    Coordinate with HR Total Reward specialists to ensure compliance and integration with overall company policies.

Talent Development & Upskilling Programs: 

    Develop and manage comprehensive, modular training and advanced upskilling programs for livestreamers

    Partner with divisional Livestream Managers and external training providers to create high-quality, relevant, and engaging learning content.

    Establish a continuous learning framework, including regular workshops, masterclasses, and trend updates, to ensure livestreamers remain at the forefront of digital retail trends. 

Workforce Planning & Optimization:

    Support workforce planning efforts by gathering data and preparing analyses to forecast future livestreamer talent needs.

    Assist in managing livestreamer allocation and optimizing staffing models.

    Analyze workforce metrics (e.g., utilization rates, productivity, retention, performance data) to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.

 

Performance Management & Engagement:

    Develop and implement initiatives to enhance livestreamer engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. 

    Support the effective implementation of performance assessment tools and feedback processes for livestreamers.

HR Operations Support:

    Assist other HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in interviewing candidates for various positions across the organization

    Monthly updates in system if there on position changes and organizational structures.

    Support HRBP in related workforces transformation projects


C. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field

    Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Workforce Planning, Training & Development

    Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation structures, training programs, and career development frameworks. Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly livestreaming platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, TikTok Shop), and their operational demands.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. 

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

    Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives from conception to execution. 

    Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
