A Day in the Life as an Assistant Boutique Manager at our Kiehl’s Chatswood boutique, you’ll report to the Store Manager and support a team of 4 to deliver exceptional luxury skincare experiences and commercial growth. This role combines people leadership, hands-on client consultations and operational ownership.
- Leadership & Development: coach and inspire the team through daily coaching, recruitment support and individual development plans.
- Customer Experience & Consultation: ensure premium skin consultations, manage complex customer resolutions and uphold bespoke client journeys.
- Commercial Execution: drive boutique sales via clienteling, CRM execution, promotional activity, KPI tracking and stock optimisation.
- Operations & Brand Standards: maintain store presentation, VM, compliance and smooth daily operations.
