A Day in the Life As an Artwork Quality Control / Specialist based in Warsaw (covering Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia), you will ensure international artworks are accurately adapted and rolled out across markets. You will report into Packaging/Brand Management and work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain and external agencies.

What you will do:

•    Artwork & Labeling Management: drive creation of master artwork, new labeling and product information updates; co-create with Brand Management before mass rollout.

•    Product Lifecycle & Launch Readiness: anticipate new SKUs and renovations; ensure consistency across Skin, Hair, and Make-up portfolios.

•    Project Delivery: apply a project-management approach to complex renovations and lead cross-functional checkpoints.

•    Continuous Improvement: highlight product differentiation on-pack, propose smart solutions to minimize stickering and optimize time-to-shelf.

We Are Looking For You are detail-focused, organised and effective at stakeholder collaboration. Required skills:

•    Artwork & Packaging knowledge (labeling, adaptation processes)

•    Project & stakeholder management

•    Regulatory awareness for product labeling

•    Strong written and verbal communication (Polish fluent; English communicative)
