L'Oréal's Professional Products Division caters to hairdressing professionals and aims to develop the hair industry in a sustainable way that benefits everyone. The Professional Products Division was the original foundation of the L'Oréal group over 110 years ago.

 

L'Oréal's historic division is now focused on transformation, disruptive trends and colorful creativity. Our Professional Products Division brands live through the expertise of our hairdressers and beauty specialists, distributing our 10 diverse brands in beauty and hair salons (Brands: Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, Shu Uemura, Redken, etc.)

You’ll be working in the content team, at the heart of the brand’s transformation a strategic role that leads the brand’s growth

 

A balanced role between content production, operations, and creative execution this role is able to pioneer Kérastase’s brand equity in a visible and valued way. This role requires an enthusiastic problem solver who is not afraid to think outside of the box to deliver boundary-breaking creative while managing complexity & challenge. It requires a great ownership, an ability to manage multiple production processes at the same time, working with different internal & external stakeholders, while still pushing for impactul creative ideas and inputs. 

You’re shaping the voice of the brand, redfinining the way Kérastase speaks on all touchpoints. 

 

Campaign focus 

Lead on-brand, on budget & performant campaigns at every point of the production process from creative brief and debriefs to pre production, production & post production :

 

Support creative vision in execution (script writing, bench and mood boards, creative feedback)

  • Lead insightful benchmarks on the beauty/luxury/tech/fashion industries & on an ongoing base.
  • Ensure a monitoring of new trends/ best practices: media formats, platforms, innovative production methods, agencies and talents, raising trends, etc, social media trends (instagram, tik tok, youtube mostly).
  • Support the team in production preparation and follow up to final assets delivery.
  • Show insterest in AI, 3D, new technology content and new ways of producing content. 

 

 

360 activation

Help the team to deliver consistent & powerful 360 activations. Significant role with markets & internal teams.

Markets

  • Help to create tools & guidelines for market to make sure they implement our campaigns with a perfect execution : Activation book, media guidelines & media budget optimization recommendations

 

360Ams

  • Support the 360 launch activations and evergreen needs for your vertical 
  • Keep a good relationship with other interns on the DMI team.
  • Proven detail orientation and have ability to deliver high end final assets.
  • Be organized and have a positive attitude :)

 

 

You are ? 

  • Master's degree (business school / university). 
  • Previous experiences in communication (would be highly appreciated) 
  • Confortable with creativity.
  • Proactive and autonomous, customer centric to better understand the business needs. 
  • Pack office 
  • Ability to define priorities 
  • Team work 
  • Good level of english required
