A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Manager, Benefits & Retirement you will join our new BEST HR team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will provide daily operational and administrative support for our Total Rewards retirement programs, including pension, 401(k), the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP), and the L’Oréal Employee Share Plan (LOSP). You will serve as a key resource for employees, HR partners, and vendors, ensuring our retirement offerings are managed effectively and in compliance with all plan provisions.
As a Total Rewards Analyst for Retirement, you will:
- Support quarterly 401(k) processes, including reconciliation, true-up, and loan delinquencies.
- Assist with the annual retirement plan audit to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review and approve monthly pension benefit payments.
- Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings for employees.
- Support acquisition activity related to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all benefits data and reporting.
- Manage the ongoing administration and future offerings of the L’Oréal Employee Share Plan (LOSP).
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, retirees, and Human Resources Business Partners for all retirement benefit questions.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Strong financial and benefits data analytics skills, with experience in payroll/vendor audits and annual testing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables).
- The ability to read and apply provisions from retirement plan documents (IRS, DOL, ERISA regulations).
- Experience in a benefits or finance-related function, with specific experience in retirement programs preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources or finance.

Salary Range: $59,400-$83,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
