As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including : 

• Internship & Apprenticeship Recruitment: You will actively participate in the full recruitment cycle for internships and apprenticeships within R&I, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews. This includes utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, and contributing to the creation of engaging content to attract top talent.
• Sourcing Support: You will assist the Talent Acquisition Managers in the recruitment of permanent positions, supporting tasks such as candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Exciting Projects: You will contribute to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of the function, such as employer branding initiatives, data analysis, and process improvement. This will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of the talent acquisition field.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently preparing a master’s degree in Human Ressources or Business Administration
• Looking for a 12 months apprenticeship
• Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement  by your school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally AI platforms to simplify routinary and operational tasks
• Fluent in English .

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

This is where the L'Oréal experience begins!

1) A 30-minute interview with one of our recruiters will allow you to introduce yourself and explore opportunities that match your profile.

2) If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, to discuss the position's responsibilities.
