As our Consumer Product Division & Corporate Europe Zone HR Generalist Apprentice, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to:

 

  • Learning Management System (LMS): You will be responsible for the accurate and timely enrollment of employees into designated learning plans, ensuring seamless access to our comprehensive training programs
  • Learning Budget Management & Reporting: Collaborate closely with Finance teams to meticulously track and report quarterly the budget, ensuring correct follow-up and financial accuracy for learning initiatives
  • External Partner Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for external learning partners, particularly for language courses and content development for trainings, ensuring effective communication and successful execution of projects
  • Interns & Apprentices Community Animation: Play a vital role in fostering a vibrant and engaging community for our interns and apprentices, organizing events and initiatives that promote networking, learning, and overall well-being
  • Onboarding & Intercultural Session Excellence: Take ownership of the correct execution and excellence of our Europe Zone Onboarding & Intercultural sessions for newcomers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience that sets new employees up for success
  • Project Management: Contribute to and lead various HR projects and campaigns, including:
    • Pulse: Support the activation and coordination of our annual culture survey
    • Connect: Support the activation to promote feedback sessions between managers and employees, enhancing communication and development
    • Skills Roadmap: Assist in the activation of initiatives designed to transform L'Oréal into a skills-based organization, contributing to our talent development strategy

 


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently preparing a master’s degree in Human Ressources or Business Administration
  • Looking for a 12 or 24 months apprenticeship
  • Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school
  • A genuine passion for people and a understanding of the importance of employee well-being and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally AI platforms to simplify routinary and operational tasks
  • Fluent in English .

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1) A 30-minute interview with one of our recruiters will allow you to introduce yourself and explore opportunities that match your profile.

2) If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, to discuss the position's responsibilities.
