A Day in the Life
As Advocacy Manager for La Roche-Posay in Milan, reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's narrative and driving engagement with key influencers and medical professionals. You'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful campaigns and experiences that resonate with our target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage cutting-edge digital strategies and contribute to La Roche-Posay's mission of providing effective skincare solutions.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement the brand's advocacy and influencer marketing strategy, aligning with global DMI guidelines and La Roche-Posay's brand equity. This includes defining target audiences, selecting appropriate influencers, and developing compelling content strategies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiation, briefing, reporting, and seeding activities with our agency partners (Onelove, Oneinfluence, and PR agencies).
- Community Engagement: Deepen consumer understanding through social media engagement and community activation. You will foster meaningful connections with our online communities, actively listening to their needs and feedback.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize influencer content and overall campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive performance reports.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, the media team, and internal teams (DMI, Communication). You will be the primary point of contact for all advocacy and influencer-related activities.
- Crisis Management: Proactively monitor brand buzz and sentiment, identifying and addressing potential online and offline crises in collaboration with DMI and corporate communications.
- Budget Management: Manage and monitor the allocated budget for all advocacy and influencer marketing activities.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses a master's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in advocacy, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. They are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful campaigns.
- Advocacy Strategy Design: Expertise in crafting and implementing comprehensive advocacy strategies.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Communication & Digital Branding: Excellent communication skills, with experience in developing engaging digital content and brand messaging.
- Community Management: Proven ability to build and engage online communities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to develop effective strategies.
- Good level of English
