A Day in the Life
As a Social Brand Intern at L'Oréal Luxe Romania, you will report to the Advocacy & Influence Manager and be part of a dynamic team focused on driving brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms for L'Oréal Luxe's portfolio of couture brands in Romania. You will gain hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and content creation, contributing directly to the success of our couture brands.
- Social Media Management: Assist in the daily management of social media channels for L'Oréal Luxe brands in Romania, creating engaging content and responding to comments and messages.
- Influencer Marketing: Support the identification, selection, and management of influencers, helping to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-quality social media content, including copywriting, image selection, and video editing.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and engagement.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to learn and a professional drive. They are passionate about the marketing/digital industry and its best practices, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to growth. They are a highly effective collaborator, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with comfort in a deadline-driven environment. A good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms are required. The candidate should also demonstrate an interest in TikTok & Instagram beauty trends and campaigns. Currently enrolled in a related BS or Master's degree program.

- Social Media Trends Activation: Ability to identify and leverage social media trends to enhance brand engagement.

- Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
