Advocacy Coordinator Poland&Baltic Hub

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • craft and implement a comprehensive communication and activation plan to drive brand equity -  focus on local relevance (trust/proximity) and efficacy.
  • increase brand consideration - drive purchase intent (market shares)
  • deliver short and long-term KPIs (share of conversations, share of engagements, share of video views)
  • develop and oversee the execution of strategies centered on relationships with spokespersons and influencers
  • monitor the brand's visibility in Social Commerce platforms
  • take primary responsibility for liaising with the Advocacy Agency in this domain
  • maintain collaborative relationships with Zone and DMI teams
  • manage interactions with key spokespersons

You’re the perfect match if you:
 

  • have  3+ years of experience in communications, PR, people management,digital or related areas
  • have clear understanding and a proven record of digital communications strategy – from influencer marketing to consumer engagement 
  • are fluent in content marketing and social media success strategies
  • are a strong communicator with an ability to present ideas and strategy in a visually impactful way
  • are comfortable working in a complex matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders 
  • are fluent in both Polish and English
