Account Coordinator – Target (Consumer Products Division)

Reports To: Account Planning Lead – Target

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Mission and defining characteristics

Support the cross functional Target team to enable strong business performance.  Ability to manage complexity, communicate effectively, maintain organization, troubleshoot problems and attention to detail essential.   Must be able to complete basic analytics and feel comfortable with data entry.  Key responsibilities include office management, coordinating meeting logistics, sales team support, and systems support.

Main Tasks 

SYSTEM SUPPORT & ANALYTICS

  • Own end to end item set up process for Target CPD in POL/WERCS (new items, displays, etc.)
  • Maintenance of item attributes in POL/IMN
  • Lead omni-channel imaging process for new and promotional items (Imaging Studio, Design Que, Kwikee, Opera)
  • Generate POs in the My Market system
  • Assist Sales Teams with Target Paperwork including Ad Layout Requests

GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT

  • Coordinate mailings, facilitate meeting logistics, order all necessary office supplies
  • Assist in New Employee On-Boarding for new hires
  • Manage monthly office payments
  • Facilitate office technology maintenance and upgrades with HQ IT team.

SAMPLE & PLANOGRAM ROOM MAINTENANCE

  • Order & assist in delivering as needed all samples required for planogram work at L’Oreal Office and Target (as appropriate)

  • Primary: Account Planning Lead & Sales Teams
  • Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, Category Development, New York Office Teams

Measures of Success

  • Manager feedback & Team 360° feedback
  • Accuracy of data entry, basic analytics, and reporting
  • Expertise and timely entry in key systems both internal and external
  • Seamless logistics within office, office supplies and mail available to Multi-functional team
  • Collaboration with the cross functional team
  • Proactive in all areas of support

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with great accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of (or ability to learn) national account systems
