What You Will Do:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Leader to guide and mentor a high-performing team responsible for ServiceNow, DevOps, QA Testing, and Mobile Application management. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of critical systems and influence the digital landscape of our organization.

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled engineers across multiple disciplines (ServiceNow, DevOps, QA, Automation).
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote individual growth and development.
  • Technical Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and implement the technical roadmap for ServiceNow, DevOps, QA Testing, and Mobile Application Development, aligning with the overall business strategy.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
    • Drive the adoption of automation and CI/CD pipelines to optimize efficiency and accelerate delivery cycles.
    • Ensure the team adheres to best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall team effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of full time experience in 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Expertise in DevOps principles and CI/CD implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
  • Solid experience in QA testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and a drive for continuous improvement
