A Day in the Life

As a Product Database Analyst, you will be the guardian of our product data quality and consistency, a vital role for the smooth running of our operations. You will join the central Operations team and act as a data expert for your internal clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the product data lifecycle: Create and update product codes in SAP, integrating specifics related to customs, transportation, and costs.
• Ensuring data quality: Conduct consistency tests, manage specifications, and maintain product statuses to guarantee the reliability of information.
• Acting as a strategic partner: Be the main point of contact for internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) for any questions regarding the product database.
• Driving continuous improvement: Analyze existing processes, propose optimizations for data management, and ensure the application of Group standards.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone with a strong analytical mind and a high degree of rigor, capable of navigating a complex environment and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders. We will focus on your potential for growth and alignment with L'Oréal's values.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in operations management, finance, administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of Excel, and a good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Effective Collaboration: You know how to mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Rigor & Precision: Your attention to detail ensures high quality in your work.
• Learning Agility: You adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
• You are bilingual (French and English).
