Your missions :

As a member of the Retail Marketing team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:

  • Developing the Trade Marketing strategy: You will contribute to defining and implementing activation plans for points of sale, in conjunction with product launches and key commercial periods for the brands.
  • Developing sales support tools and materials: You will participate in the creation of displays, POS (Point of Sale) advertising, merchandising kits, and other tools to optimize the visibility and attractiveness of our products in stores, adapted to the specificities of each brand and distribution channel.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators for Trade Marketing actions, propose adjustments, and draft reports to evaluate the impact of your initiatives on sales and brand awareness.
  • Project coordination: You will work in close collaboration with commercial teams, digital marketing, merchandising, and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of Retail Marketing projects, from conception to implementation, for various brands or divisions.
  • Competitive intelligence and Retail innovation: You will continuously monitor market trends, retail innovations, and competitor actions to identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions. 


  • As a member of the SRCM Safety Team, you will have clear objectives and challenging responsibilities. You will actively participate in :
  • Assisting with the procurement and inventory control of raw materials and finished products
  •  Literature review on recommended ingredient percentages in dermatology
  • Literature review / physicochemical testing (penetration, stability, compatibility) between the carriers used and the ingredients

The Recruitment Process

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
  • Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
