Your missions :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific sales sector and become the Customer Service expert for that area. In this role, you will anticipate and meet customer needs in coordination with the sales force and other supply chain stakeholders (Demand & Supply Planning, physical distribution, transport, etc.).
Key Responsibilities Your priority is to ensure the full execution of orders through to delivery, while maintaining high service quality for our customers:
- Monitor order processing, preparation, and shipping to ensure execution within contractual deadlines.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence from customers and sales representatives. Resolve requests, disputes, and claims related to deliveries, commercial terms, and returns.
- Provide relevant customer information to the sales force and sales managers.
- Escalate malfunctions to management and supply chain partners while being proactive in suggesting solutions. Participate in the creation and monitoring of action plans.
- Optimize supply chain processes with customers (continuous improvement).
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and relations (e.g., service level rates)
Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate for a 2-to-3-year apprenticeship as part of a BTS, BUT, or equivalent degree related to Customer Relations and Supply Chain.
Specific Skills :
- Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Self-control: ability to maintain a consistent quality of service in sometimes challenging contexts.
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, communication, listening, and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Solution-oriented.
- Autonomy, responsiveness, practical sense, and adaptability.
Additional Information Apprenticeship based in Croissy-Beaubourg (77), starting in September 2026.
