Your missions :
As a Retail/Trade Marketing Project Manager, your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in the innovation and realization of tomorrow's products, in line with the excellence and high standards of luxury. You will be responsible for:
- Passion for retail: are you always on the look for the very-last trends? Would you enjoy see the impact of your actions in the shop next door? You will keep a close eye on the best retail practices on the market to suggest brand new and disruptive innovations matching the DNA of our brands. You will have the chance to turn these concepts into reality and to work with your team on the creation of new POS advertising, to participate to the implementation of innovative animation concepts or to invent the marketing strategy of our products on the point of sales.
- Consumer experience champion: you will get the chance to be at the heart of the business, with a unique and fascinating mission: turning our brands DNA into a thrilling consumer experience. Your curiosity will lead you to identify the best channels and tools to create the most unforgettable consumer experience for our brands. As a digital mastermind, you will also work hand in hand with our digital experts to create a fully integrated buying experience, from online to offline.
- Expert on your market: you will understand the complex and various needs of the consumers you are working for. Understanding the market and the trends of the beauty industry will allow you to better suggest innovative concepts for the brands. As a result-oriented professional, you will participate in the analysis of the brand performance on the different point of sales and the benchmark with our competitors
Your Profile
- You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You master marketing project management (360° activations, support development...), content production (agency management, pre/post-production monitoring, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
