Your missions :

Retail Design: As a Retail Designer assistant, you will translate our brands' identity into innovative customer experiences within our points of sale. A true project leader, you will be responsible for adapting retail concepts to specific zones and customer profiles, designing captivating displays for our windows, podiums, and brand books, and developing visual merchandising strategies. You will drive collaboration with agencies and freelancers, from the initial creative brief to final production. Proficiency in software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, along with your ability to produce impactful mock-ups and presentations using PowerPoint, are essential for this role.

Your profile

• You are a Master's student
• You are fluent in English or French (if required)
• You have strong skills in project management, content production and you are comfortable with SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, mock-up production, Power Point presentations
• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and resourceful, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship building, presentation), organized, meticulous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.

The Recruitment Process

• Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
• Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
