Your Missions
As a member of the Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Claims & Microbiology teams, you will be at the heart of the scientific strategy that ensures the safety and efficacy of our products worldwide. Your missions will be concrete and essential for our launches. Guided by our experts and depending on the project, you will actively participate in:
- Product Safety Assessment: You will contribute to the toxicological analysis of raw materials and finished formulas to ensure their perfect safety for the consumer, following the highest scientific and regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: You will participate in the preparation of regulatory dossiers for the registration of our innovations in various markets. You will maintain an active watch to anticipate and adapt to changes in global cosmetic regulations.
- Scientific Substantiation of Claims: In collaboration with the Marketing and Research & Innovation teams, you will help define study protocols (clinical, instrumental) and analyze their results to prove the efficacy and performance of our products.
- Microbiology Expertise: You will participate in research projects aimed at ensuring the proper preservation of our formulas and explore the potential of the skin microbiome to develop the innovations of tomorrow.
- Scientific Project Coordination: You will work closely with formulation laboratories, product development teams, and legal departments to ensure that projects meet our safety and compliance requirements, from design to market launch.
Skills you will develop in this role: Project management in a scientific environment, complex data analysis, regulatory rigor, scientific communication, and collaboration with experts from multiple disciplines (chemistry, biology, toxicology).
Your Profile
- You are a Master’s student (Year 4/5) at a university or engineering school (specializing in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or toxicology), looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
- You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are proficient in project management and comfortable with the Office Pack (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and proactive, excellent in communication (briefs, relationships, presentations), organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
