Your Missions
As a member of the Augmented Beauty, Open Innovation, or L'Oréal for the Future entities, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. Guided by our experts and depending on the project, you will actively participate in:
- Preserving Natural Resources: You will work on the sustainability of natural ingredients used in our products. In the context of climate change, you will help understand the risks to our strategic supply chains and identify solutions with our partners to secure these essential resources.
- Environmental Footprint Assessment: You will contribute to improving tools for measuring the ecological impact of cosmetic ingredients. You will participate in collecting and analyzing data related to carbon and biodiversity to ensure our future products meet the highest standards for planetary protection.
- Exploring the Innovation Ecosystem: You will maintain an active watch on the world of start-ups and new technologies related to sustainable development. You will analyze innovative solutions, create summary reports, and provide strategic recommendations to integrate these new opportunities within the Group.
- Deploying Digital and Data Solutions: You will bridge the gap between scientific research and digital tools. You will participate in developing programming tools to facilitate the use of our algorithms, analyze data to improve our processes, and help modernize our ways of working through digital technology.
- Scientific Experimentation and Prototyping: You will take charge of the technical progress of research projects. This includes conducting laboratory tests to study interactions between formulas and the skin, optimizing new prototypes (products or connected devices), and analyzing their performance.
- Cross-functional Project Coordination: You will work closely with many internal teams (safety, evaluation, marketing) and external partners. You will ensure regular project follow-up and communicate your results clearly and structurally during official presentations.
Skills you will develop in this role: Scientific project management, strategic analysis of sustainable innovations, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary partners.
Your Profile
- You are a Master’s student (Year 4/5) at a university or engineering school (specializing in Innovation, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Chemistry, or Data), looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
- You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are proficient in marketing project management (360° activations, collateral development, etc.), content production (agency management, pre/post-production follow-up, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and proactive, excellent in communication (briefs, relationships, presentations), organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
