Your Missions
You will support a Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) team in its daily missions and cross-functional projects:
- Participating in compensation analyses (benchmarks, salary surveys, market studies).
- Contributing to the preparation of annual salary review and bonus campaigns.
- Producing HR reporting (dashboards, C&B indicators, etc.).
- Supporting the team on ad-hoc projects (international mobility, pay equity, transparency, etc.).
Your Profile
You are a Master’s student (Year 4 or 5) at a Business School, University, or Institute of Political Studies (IEP), looking for an apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
You are fluent in English and/or French.
You are proficient in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
You have highly developed analytical and synthesis skills, are rigorous, organized, and possess excellent communication abilities.
Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and international environment will be major assets

The Recruitment Process
- Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
- Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
