Your missions :

As a member of the HR Controlling team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:

  • Payroll Management: Support for monitoring and analyzing personnel costs (salaries, payroll taxes, bonuses) against the budget.
  • HR Reporting & KPIs: Developing monthly dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, gender parity, diversity) for HR Business Partners and Finance.

  • Budgeting Process: Actively participating in the budget planning (Plan) and budget revision (Trend) phases to forecast future recruitment needs.

  • Data Analysis (HR Analytics): Use of tools such as Power BI, Excel (advanced), or SAP to identify trends and propose action plans.

  • Social Audits: Verification of the consistency of HR data and compliance with Group policies.


 

Your Profile

Education: Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 student (Business School, IAE, University) specializing in Management Accounting, Finance, or HR with a strong analytical focus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Fluent English (required for consolidated reporting at the Group or Regional level).
  • Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, ability to synthesize information, curiosity about business challenges, and the ability to interpret data.

The Recruitment Process

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
  • Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
