Your Missions

Reporting to the L’Oréal Travel Retail EMEAI Legal Department, you will support legal operations across the entire zone. Your responsibilities include:

• International Business Law: Providing legal support for daily operational issues in an international trade context.
• Distribution & Competition Law: Analyzing distribution network challenges and ensuring compliance with competition regulations.
• Contractual Engineering: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, including creating and updating legal templates.
• Legal Watch & Strategic Analysis: Conducting research and drafting memorandums on diverse international legal topics to anticipate regulatory changes.
• Compliance Programs: Supporting the monitoring of Group compliance programs (Data Privacy, Anti-corruption, Economic Sanctions, etc.).
• Legal Design & Training: Developing innovative training materials to raise legal awareness among operational teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.).

Your Profile

Master 2 student in Law (Business Law, International Business Law, Economic Law).

Fluent in French and English (a study exchange in an English-speaking university or a double degree is highly appreciated).

Rigorous and possessing excellent summarizing skills, you are comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are rigorous, organized, and have excellent communication abilities. Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding, international environment will be key assets for your success in this role.
