Your missions :
As a member of the Education team at L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty France, your goals will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:
- Event organization and logistics: you will take charge of the logistical organization of our training days, from managing briefs to collaborating with service providers and welcoming clients. This includes handling associated administrative tasks (invoicing, orders, sending parcels) as well as organizing evening training events, from venue sourcing to logistical coordination. Your on-site presence at events in Paris will be essential to oversee logistics and guest reception, and you will manage the sending of personalized invitations with the necessary follow-ups to ensure our sessions are successful.
- "Partner Academy" platform management: as the point of contact for our digital platform, you will manage the "Partner Academy" training site in coordination with the provider. You will handle the registration of clients and L'Oréal employees according to GDPR processes, while providing them with support and training on the tool. Your role will also involve identifying and managing bug fixes, as well as proposing optimizations to continuously improve the site's functionalities.
- Coordination and analysis missions: your contribution will also be strategic: you will participate in creating the annual training schedule, analyze attendance rates to produce statistics, and organize internal training events for new employees. You will learn to be agile by managing unforeseen issues and crises, both on-site and on the digital platform.
Your Profile
We are looking for a curious and rigorous talent, currently pursuing a 3rd-year university degree (in fields such as communication, event management, or marketing), who wishes to develop solid expertise in project management within a stimulating environment. To succeed in this role, you are known for:
- Your organizational and planning skills: you know how to juggle multiple projects, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Your analytical and solution-oriented mindset: you enjoy analyzing data to draw relevant conclusions and are able to handle unforeseen issues with agility.
- Your excellent interpersonal skills: you communicate with ease and professionalism, whether with internal teams, clients, or external providers.
- Your proactivity and autonomy: you are comfortable taking initiative and are committed to improving existing processes.
- Your digital proficiency: you are at ease with digital tools and are interested in optimizing the user experience.
