Your Missions As an apprentice within Advanced Research, you will be at the heart of discovery. Your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. Depending on your project, you will actively participate in:
- Scientific and Bibliographic Exploration: You will conduct constant monitoring of the latest publications and cutting-edge technologies to identify new drivers for innovation (bio-sourced ingredients, new biological models, etc.).
- Experimentation and Protocol Design: You will implement laboratory trials (formulation, cell culture, physico-chemical analysis, or imaging) and optimize methods to validate your hypotheses.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: You will process complex results, sometimes using digital or simulation tools to interpret phenomena and predict the performance of our future innovations.
- Reporting and Valorization of Results: You will write scientific reports, maintain your laboratory notebook, and present your progress during team meetings or to internal partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work with experts from various fields (physicists, biologists, chemists, data scientists) to enrich your projects and understand the impact of your work across the entire R&I chain.
Skills you will develop: Scientific and methodological rigor, research project management, disruptive innovation, critical thinking, collaboration in a multicultural environment, and technological agility.
Your Profile
- You are a Master’s student (Year 4/5) or in an Engineering / Pharmacy School, specializing in Chemistry / Biology / Physics / Biotechnology looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
- You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
- You are fluent in English and French (international research context).
- You have mastered the fundamentals of your scientific field (lab techniques, data analysis software, etc.) and are comfortable with IT tools.
- You have an insatiable curiosity, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and you are rigorous and proactive.
