Your Missions As an apprentice in Scientific Valorization or ProjectManagement, you will act as a conductor betweenResearch experts, Marketing, and Regulatory teams. Depending on your mission,you will participate in:
- Storytelling & Scientific Communication: Transforming complex technical insights into concrete claims and captivating narratives for consumers and professionals (hairstylists, dermatologists).
- Scientific Dossier Preparation: Valorizing new knowledge (scalp, hair, skin), performance actives, and innovative galenics through technical and educational materials.
- Strategic & Competitive Intelligence: Analyzing competitor launches (claims, actives, technologies) in key markets (US, Europe, Emerging Zones) to identify our future growth drivers.
- Innovation Steering (Project Management): Supporting the deployment of strategic projects ("Big Bets"), tracking performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring smooth processes between various stakeholders (DMI, R&I, Operations).
- Implementation of Communication Strategies: Participating in brainstorming for new product concepts, validating the scientific relevance of advertisements and scientific films, and ensuring regulatory compliance of packaging.
- Digital Transformation & Processes: Assisting in change management during the deployment of new tools (ERP), drafting operational procedures, and training users on a global scale.
Skills you will develop: Synthesis skills, scientificpopularization (laymanizing science), project management in complexenvironments, strategic vision of the cosmetic market, cross-functionalcollaboration, and storytelling.
Your Profile
- Education: You are a Master 2 student (Year 5) with a dual competency or a general scientific profile (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering School) or in Scientific Communication / Journalism.
- Contract: You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for 12 months.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (permanent international context).
- Key Skills: You have excellent writing skills, a strong taste for innovation, and you know how to translate technical data into clear benefits.
- Mindset: Insatiable curiosity, rigor, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven culture.

- Recruiter Interview (30 min): To introduce yourself and discuss your fit with the Group.
