Your Missions

 

As part of the Communication team within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty France division, you will be an essential pillar in deploying our public relations strategies. In a highly operational role, you will be in direct contact with journalists and brands, and you will actively participate in:

  • Operational press relations management: you will be at the heart of the action, ensuring the daily and responsive follow-up of requests from journalists and makeup artists (sending products, visuals, product sheets). You will manage the end-to-end logistics for our major operations, handle internal product stocks to ensure perfect fluidity in shipments, and oversee the budget for mailings. You will also be in charge of updating press kits and optimizing launches.
  • Content writing and strategic monitoring: your mastery of the French language will be key in preparing and distributing our communication materials—press releases, "Save the Date" announcements, etc. You will be responsible for creating bi-monthly press reviews, conducting active competitive intelligence to analyze brand news, anticipate market trends, and inform our strategy.
  • Event coordination: you will actively participate in organizing our events, such as press conferences and public relations operations. Your role will cover creating briefs and mood boards, managing service providers, and coordinating with internal teams, all while managing the corporate events calendar.

 

Your Profile

 

We are looking for a bright, rigorous, and dedicated talent, currently pursuing a 3rd-year level degree, who is passionate about communication professions and ready to invest in a highly operational role. More than just an interest in L'Oréal, it is your desire to work in communication that will make the difference. To succeed in this role, you are known for:

  • Your operational excellence and responsiveness: you are a "doer," capable of managing multiple daily requests with agility and efficiency.
  • Your relational intelligence: you have a sense of service, great flexibility, and you know how to build trusting relationships with journalists and teams.
  • Your mastery of the French language: you possess excellent writing skills and flawless spelling. A good command of English, especially for translation, is a plus.
  • Your curiosity and analytical mind: you are open-minded and enjoy following brand and media news to anticipate trends.
  • Your creativity and rigor: you know how to combine the creativity needed for communication with the rigor essential for project management.

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
