Role Presentation:

 The L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division’s mission is to provide sustainable, life-changing dermatological solutions for everyone. 

As the world leader in dermocosmetics, our portfolio features international brands recommended by healthcare professionals and distributed in health circuits worldwide: pharmacies, drugstores, medispas, and e-commerce sites.

LDB Master Design:

You will join the Seine 62 Campus, based in Levallois-Perret, the headquarters of the International Selective Divisions. Within the International Marketing Department and reporting to the Master Design Unit, you will participate in the development of artwork documents for the French L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands (LA ROCHE-POSAY and/or VICHY).

 

👉🏼 Your Missions: Artwork Project Management for LRP and/or VICHY.

  • Creation and development of artworks in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure range consistency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders (Product Managers, Operations and Industrial Development teams, Communication Agencies, in-house Graphic Designers, R&I, Regulatory Affairs/ECS, etc.).
  • Draft artwork briefs and follow-up on development with internal stakeholders.
  • Collection of essential project elements (Technical Specs, final marketing copy, LDI, codes (EAN, PF, AC, country), QR codes, etc.) from various internal departments.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of artwork development schedules (retroplanning) and act as an alert in case of delays.
  • Follow-up on validations and claims with the ECS Validation services.
  • Follow-up on translation validations with individual countries and Product Managers.
  • Participation in the packaging definition sheet in collaboration with Industrial Development.
  • Performing rigorous proofreading of artworks for final validation before production.
  • Participation in cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to the Master Design profession.
  • Regulatory project management (MEC).

 

👉🏼 You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Marketing, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
  • You are organized, versatile, and rigorous, with strong project management skills.
  • You are committed, autonomous, and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Endowed with an aesthetic sense, you have a particular affinity for the product and its environment (visuals, claims, etc.).
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with IT tools.
  • English – Level B (daily interactions with international teams).
