Your missions :

As part of our CMI Luxe and BIC Project teams, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the role of Executive Assistant. Working alongside the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing schedules based on priorities and key events.

• Creating Spotlight and My Market purchase orders (approximately 700)

• Managing the budget tracking spreadsheet, receiving, and re-invoicing

• Organizing seminars, Coffee Team events, and farewell parties.

• Entering expense reports.

• Processing mail (physical and electronic).

• Ordering office supplies and beauty products.

• Creating supplier accounts or transferring data to OAPLI or PCI

• Managing the distribution list

• Sending packages within France and internationally

• Internal communication – Announcements


Coordinating team activities

• Welcoming new hires (personnel records, scheduling, orientation, FIT, IT requests).

• Onboarding new team members

• Team building and cohesion: Chief Happiness Officer!

• Team-building activities (Seminar Game)


Required Skills: 

• Intermediate English

• High level of discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality

• Rigorous and structured approach, with strong organizational skills

• Responsiveness, agility, ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive attitude

• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Your Profile

  • You are a Bac+2 student (BTS SAM)
  •  Intermediate English
  • High level of discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Rigorous and structured approach, with strong organizational skills
  • Responsiveness, agility, ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Recruitment Process

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
  • Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
