A Day in the Life

Based in our Aesop offices in London Bridge, you will join our team for a one-year industrial placement. In this role, you will be expected to support Product Innovation, with a focus on the development of coveted "Provocateur" projects.

Your responsibilities will be centred on:

• Project & Systems Support: Providing general project support, systems support, and administration to ensure the smooth progression of all development activities.
• Coordination & Communication: Acting as a key link for coordination and communication with internal partners, including Research & Innovation (R&I), Operations, Product Development, and the International Marketing Teams (DMI).

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with a keen interest in product development and a drive to make an impact. You are a natural collaborator who can navigate a complex environment. We're looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to support multiple projects, track progress, and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical Skills: A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to process information, support system administration, and identify key details to ensure project accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams such as R&I, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Agility & Problem-Solving: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively support the team in finding solutions to challenges that arise during the product development process.
• Collaborative Communication: The capacity to articulate updates clearly and work effectively as a central point of contact, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
