You will complete this internship within the Human Resources Direction France in the Legal Department : 

• Assist the HR Social Relations and Legal team in providing daily support to HR managers on collective and individual HR legal issues.
• Monitor legal developments in legislation and regulations.
• Help prepare meetings, particularly NAO meetings, with employee representative bodies.

Your profile

-          You are a law student

-          You have some initial experience in social law and want to continue developing your expertise

-          You are thorough and have good analytical skills

-          You enjoy working in a team

1. Interview with a Recruiter – 30 min: An opportunity to introduce yourself and discuss the role and the L’Oréal Group.
2. Meeting with Your Potential Future Manager – 45 min: A chance to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the position.
